    ABOUT
The FIRE⚡ISOLATOR concept is the most effective way to isolate and extinguish electric and gasoline vehicle fires.
The FIRE⚡ISOLATOR system consists of a reusable Lithium ion electrical vehicle (EV) fireblanket and a smoke reduction aerosol unit. This system is the first line of defence in containing, isolating and extingushing out of control EV battery fires in just 4 simple steps.
By reducing smoke and lowering fire temperatures the FIRE⚡ ISOLATOR system gives first responders critical time to move surrounding vehicles, fire hazards and evacuate nearby buildings before safely removing the EV itself
    About
    locations
Fire Isolator EV blankets are essential in the following areas:
    Parking buildings
In parking garages and other places with a high concentration of vehicles, there’s always a risk of fire and spread of fire. The FIRE ISOLATOR EV fire blanket should be easily accessible on every parking level.
    Fuel and charging stations
FIRE ISOLATOR EV fire blankets should be easily accessible at both gas stations and electric car charging stations. At gas stations, it can prevent the fire from spreading to the gasoline. At charging stations, it’s the only solution that can quickly and safely isolate the fire in lithium-powered vehicles.
    Towing Contractors
Rescue and repair vehicles regularly transport broken or damaged EV vehicles, including cars that have been involved in an accident or fire. Therefore it’s important to have one or more FIRE ISOLATOR EV fire blankets easily accessible inside the rescue vehicle.
    Electric vehicle repair workshops
Vehicles with electrical problems or those which have recently been involved in an accident have a greater chance of self-igniting. A FIRE ISOLATOR EV Fire Blanket should be easily available at any EV repair shop, paint shop or workshop.
    Airports
Many vehicles are parked outside of airport terminals. Inside the terminal building, luggage carts, forklifts and other vehicles can be at risk of fire. Airports should have a number of FIRE ISOLATOR EV Fire Blankets throughout the building.
    Tunnels
In road tunnels, it’s crucial to isolate smoke and toxic gases from vehicle fires quickly, as they pose a danger to people inside the tunnel. FIRE ISOLATOR EV Fire Blankets should be available at regular intervals throughout the tunnel

    Our story
    Our Story
We have an extensive background in the heavy machinery industry. Most recently having worked in the underground mining industry in Asia, Africa and Australia. At EV Fire Safety work place safety is at the forefront of everything we do.

Having worked in enclosed environments, we were constantly aware of potential risks, and risk management. Arriving home each day or night is important for everyone - not only those working, but friends, family and the business.

Returning home to New Zealand, and witnessing the huge growth in the EV market, it was surprising to learn that EV fire blankets are not commonplace given the destruction lithium batteries can cause.

The decision to bring EV fire blankets to the New Zealand market means people have more time to remove valuables, and less damage to property in the event of a fire and ultimately reduce harm.

We look forward to working with you, and for you to come up with the best options for your EV fire safety.
